Enhance your energetic field & Strengthen your life force during sacred passage of great change 2020
This will be the last gathering before the Solstice on December 21st, 2020 the big turning point of evolution for all HUmanity. The Gatherings serve and have served to assist your (our) body, mind and soul to move through this extraordinary passage of times.
Energetically the challenges will continue as structures, mindsets and belief systems are pushed to evolve beyond the end of 2020. I encourage to set the intention to set aside time and space to sit in the seat of your soul assisting to calm your systems.
The methods and ancient practices I use in classes are a powerful fusion of how to bring the energy flow of the body into balance, creating more joy and light in your life as well as calming your nervous system to feeling safe in the midst of change.
Meditation, exercises and soul journeying combined with sound healing will assist you to anchor in what we cover during sessions.
Gatherings will be in English/Danish and duration for each class is about 2 hours. Due to space limitations only 7 people can be present at the time.
