Dancing with the Full Moon in Aquarius and the Winds of Change
Maybe you have already felt it for a while – an urge to shift direction and/or purpose for your life? This is quite the time and when tuned in- and up we can allow for this space to remind us of, or to hear and feel where were we are to go next. Maybe this is the time for you to leave behind old contracts and follow the bliss of a whole new direction? (ref. Think with your heart)
The sound meditation tomorrow on August 23rd will focus on creating the space for attuning to and to receive these extraordinary light frequencies assisting us on our souls’ journeys.
The sound meditations are kept simple with a focus on letting the sounds of singing bowls, drum and voice assisting you to be guided into a deeper balance.
Make your-self comfortable in a quiet place and space and take the opportunity to use this little interval of time to relax and to center your-self.
You will need to use headphones for good sound quality.
