RETUNE – RELAX – REJUVINATE
Take a moment to sit with the sounds and frequencies still vibrating from The
Lions Gate Portal and New Moon last week. Energies are building towards the full
moon on August 22nd – and now, as we are mid-way – it is a perfect moment to retune your biofield – then to relax and allow for restoration within your body.
The sound meditations are kept simple with a focus on letting the sounds of singing bowls, drum and voice assisting you to be guided into a deeper balance.
Make your-self comfortable in a quiet place and space and take the opportunity to use this little interval of time to relax and to center your-self.
You will need to use headphones for good sound quality.
